Begin your mission to a healthier, happier you! Each day dozens of people, young and old, make their way to Capital Mall to improve their health. Monday-Saturday at the main Capital Mall entrance, access will be granted for mall walkers at 7:00am Mon-Sat and at 8:30am on Sundays.
The mall offers a comfortable, temperature controlled environment.
Restroom and drinking fountains.
An easy tracking system:
-One lap around the interior of the Center including alcoves is equivalent to .95 miles. Excluding the alcoves is .54 miles.
-Five laps around the interior of the Center including alcoves is equivalent to 4.7 miles. Excluding alcoves is 2.7 miles.
-One lap around the exterior of the center is 1.07 miles.
-Five laps around the exterior of the center is 5.4 miles.
