COVID-19 Available Library Services Information:
Safety is our priority, during your visit:
- Cloth masks required
- Follow instructions on the signs for call/walk-up service on arrival (varies by the library)
- Maintain physical distancing of 6 ft.
- Hand sanitizer provided by the library must be applied by patrons before entering the library
- Occupancy will not exceed 25% of maximum building capacity but may be lower in some libraries
- Sneeze guards will be placed in locations of high potential interaction between staff and patrons
- Distance markers will help encourage social distancing
- No bathroom access at this time
- All returns will continue to be contactless. Please place returns in designated return bins
Library Takeout Service:
- Contact-free holds pick up with Takeout service
- Libraries set up for self-serve holds pick up will continue, limited to 5 minutes per visit
- Access Wi-Fi (6 a.m. to midnight)
- Remote Printing:
- Enter your library card and PIN number
- Click UPLOAD and select your document on your device
- Repeat for multiple docs. Upload is good for 24-hours
- Pick-up during library hours
- Phone in or place an online request for pre-assembled themed grab bags of books, movies, and music available the same day. For customized grab bags, it may take 2-4 days before you are notified it is ready for pick up
Returning your items:
- Place your materials directly in bins
- Do not hand materials to staff
- No bags, please place only library materials in the bins
- No donations are being accepted at this time
- Returned materials are quarantined for 24 hours prior to check-in, based on current research, best practices, and state guidelines. Items will remain on patron accounts until processed. TRL no longer charges fees for overdue materials.
